You may print and mail in your registration form, or we have created an on-line registration form that members can complete and submit by clicking on the “Register Online Now” button to the left.  

Instructions for the Online Registration Form

  1. Once you have submitted the registration form, you will be taken to a PayPal page where you can use your PayPal account to pay for your meal and to sponsor a cadet(s) to a meal, if you wish. 
  2. After payment, you will receive an email receipt confirming your Hall of Honor payment. 
  3. You then have the opportunity to make a tax deductible donation to the CCAC Endowed Scholarship Fund. 

Register by Mail

The “Details on the Hall of Honor” button  will take you to a PDF with Hall of Honor details to include a registration form that can be printed off and mailed in for members who prefer to do so.  

If you desire to print off the registration form and pay by check instructions are in the”HoH Event PDF form.” 

If you desire to print off and mail the registration form, but pay using the CCAC website and PayPal, use the  “Go to Pay For Page” button  and scroll down to the Hall of Honor section.   

Each year the Military Science Department’s Hall of Honor recognizes outstanding contributions former students and supporters have made to our country and/or their communities and to the University of Texas at Arlington. In its role of supporting today’s cadets, and bringing together former cadets and friends, the Cadet Corps Alumni Council and the Military Science Department co-sponsor the Hall of Honor induction ceremony. The event has become a very special, not-to-be-missed, event on campus.

Nominations for the Hall of Honor are accepted year-round. Download and print the nomination form, fill it out completely, and email, mail or fax it to the address on the form. Your nomination will be filed for consideration by the Hall of Honor nomination committee. Nominations will be kept on the file for future consideration.
