CCAC Memberships, Donations and Hall of Honor Purchases

CCAC Life Memberships payments or Endowed Scholarship Fund donations may be made using these blue buttons or blue buttons on the pages explaining these programs.  The blue payment buttons will take you to a special UTA Office of Development page where you can securely make your TAX DEDUCTIBLE payment or donation directly to UTA via a credit card.

However, for ALL memberships, including Two-Year Memberships,  you first need to complete the Membership Application found on the Life Member Endowment Fund page.    Membership Application   This ensures we can match your application with the name provided to us by the UTA Development Office.

For Two-Year Memberships, Hall of Honor reservations or to sponsor a cadet to the Hall of Honor, select the appropriate “Add to Cart” button.  These payments are not tax deductible, but go into the CCAC operating fund to pay for the above events.  When you’re finished, click on “View Cart.”  On the “View Cart” page you will be able to increase quantities, remove items from your cart, view your total purchases, or return to this page.  You may then pay for those selections via PayPal to the CCAC.

 Life Membership $200 – For all alumni attending ASC, UTA, or another university in UTA’s ROTC program, who are under 65 years of age when joining.

Senior Life Membership  $100 – For all alumni attending UTA, ASC, NTAC or another university in UTA’s ROTC program who are 65 or older when joining.

Cadet or New Officer Life Membership $100- Life Membership for cadets or newly commissioned officers (if purchased within one year of commissioning)

 Two-Year Option $20 –  Two-Year membership.  Open to all.

CCAC Endowed Scholarship Fund Donations (including Gold Bar Program donations) will go to  UTA Development Office. Your receipts for tax purposes will be issued by the Development Office. Click on the button and you will be taken to a special UTA Development Office page where you may donate via a credit card.

Hall of Honor Luncheon Reservations  ~ $30.00 each.  Make your reservation today by purchasing your “spot” at the Hall of Honor luncheon. No actual tickets are issued. The button to the right will take you to the on-line registration form when you can make and pay for your registration and also sponsor a cadet(s) if you wish.

 Sponsor A Cadet to the Luncheon ~ $25.00 each  CCAC members’ sponsorship helps the Military Science Department to ensure that all cadets can attend the luncheon.  If you just wish to sponsor a cadet, but cannot attend the Hall of Honor yourself, click on the PayPal button to the right.

 Silver Cup Purchase -$60 for a Silver Cup with your name, graduation date and university (ASC, UTA or one of the other universities in UTA’s ROTC program.)
